1. Service Agreement

By engaging Codjaklu's auto service, you agree to these terms. All services are provided as described in our service quotations and are subject to Malaysian consumer protection laws.

2. Service Scope & Liability

Codjaklu is not liable for damage to vehicles resulting from pre-existing conditions, accidents, or improper use. We perform diagnostics to industry standards but cannot guarantee all faults are identified without complete vehicle disassembly.

• Work is warranted for 30 days from completion date
• Warranty covers defects in workmanship only, not parts failure from wear
• Maximum liability limited to service cost paid

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Late payment may result in service holds on future bookings.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before appointment are free. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% booking fee.

5. Data Protection

Personal data collected is used only for service delivery and communication. We comply with personal data protection standards and do not share data with third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Codjaklu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to provide services.
